Do you have any minimum order requirements?
Yes and no. We have a variety of product options and production methods available, so we are able to offer solutions for just about any job - regardless of how big or small it is. However, some production methods and certain materials do have minimum order requirements. This can be discussed as we find out more about your specific project.
Are there any additional fees?
We've tried to make our standard prices include as much as possible. There may, however, be times when we have to charge additional fees. Depending on the complexity of your design or order, potential extra costs may include: -Set Up Fee (if your design or logo is not in vector/print ready format) -Design Fee (if you do not have any design at all and would like us to design something for you) -Shipping Fee (typically for large orders that we are not able to locally deliver) These costs will be quoted on a per-job basis as we gather details regarding your project.
What are your artwork requirements?
In order to get the best print quality on your items we need the proper, print-ready, files for your design or logo. Vector based formats (.ai , .svg , .eps , .pdf) are king when it comes to the type of work we do. These are the preferred formats, and will typically allow any set up fees to be avoided. While we believe that every business should have their logo and designs in vector format, we do understand that sometimes you just don't have it. In most cases, we can convert whatever file you do have and turn it into print ready artwork. This will usually result in additional set up fees, which would be discussed as we gather information about your project.
How do I care for my custom made items?
You've invested in custom made goods, let's make them last! For product longevity, our recommendations are: - Hats: Spot clean only, by hand with mild detergent. Air dry only. Do not place in washing machine or dryer. - Apparel: Machine wash cold, inside out, with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Air/line dry if possible, tumble dry LOW if in a rush. Do not iron graphic. - Journals and Keychains: Clean any spills or drips with a soft cloth. A damp cloth with mild soap can, sparingly, be used as needed. Immediately wipe dry.
How will I receive my order?
For local businesses, we offer free delivery on all orders. For local individual and personal orders, we can deliver or ship. We also certainly welcome orders from across the US, and are set up to ship to all 50 states. We do not currently offer pick-up.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our services and products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders. We send proofs and mockups to each customer for approval, and will begin prodcution based on that approval. However, if there is an error made on our end, we will make it right.
